Return Policy

Unused makeup brushes, sponges, skincare tools and beauty accessories in their original packaging may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, minus any shipping costs, within 30 days of delivery. Eyelash curlers in their original packaging with all extra bumper pads may be returned for a refund or store credit, minus any shipping costs, within 30 days of delivery. Customer must contact orders@jennypatinkin.com to receive a return authorization and return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. Jenny Patinkin reserves the right to decline a return, credit, or exchange based on the condition of the item in question.
