Shipping Information

Jenny Patinkin only ships within the United States at this time. Orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail or FedEx Second Day Air. Items will be shipped within 3 business days from date of order. Please note that USPS First Class takes 1-5 business days for delivery and may be longer during inclement weather systems or heavy volume times of year. Tracking information will be provided to you but we regret that we are unable to provide delivery updates beyond the standard USPS and FedEx tracking portals. If your package is lost or improperly delivered, please contact the carrier directly.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail upon completing your purchase, and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it has been scanned at our warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at info@jennypatinkin.com.
